Summerhouse 809B

This was such a cute condo! It was so clean. The condo its self was very kid and family friendly but also perfect for our girls trip! Will 100% rebook this room!

Our rental was very clean and nicely decorated. The resort was also well-maintained and clean. This was my second time staying at Summerhouse. October is the best month at the beach, perfect weather, much quieter and less traffic on Thomas Drive. I only have two issues - 1. Could not figure out the living room TV. Screen said "no signal", so it was not hooked up to internet for streaming capabilities. Made a call to the number suggested, which did not help. The master bedroom TV worked like a charm, so we just watched TV in that room. 2. The door lock/deadbolt (not key card access) needs to be replaced. I locked it the first night and had a very hard time unlocking it the next morning. After several minutes of working with it, pushing and pulling on the door, it unlocked. Didn't use it the rest of the trip. I'll definitely be back to Summerhouse. It's a great place to stay and the office staff is very welcoming and helpful.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was decorated beautiful. The beds were wonderful. The condo was equipped with everything we needed. We enjoyed our view from the 8th floor. Everything was just perfect!

The condo was amazing - beautifully decorated and very comfortable!! The unit was exceptionally clean and had everything you would need for your stay. The complimentary beach chair rental was a wonderful plus!! We will definitely rent this unit again!!!

Myself and 3 girlfriends came down from North Georgia for a 4-day girls getaway. We stayed in 809B, which had recently been renovated. Everything seemed to be relatively new except for the dishwasher, which had a note that the soap dispenser did not work and to put the detergent directly in the washer. I would stay in this unit again and would definitely recommend The Summerhouse to friends and family. We checked in after business hours and the security guard could not have been nicer and excited to see us. The daytime front desk staff was super nice as well.

Vacationed at The Summerhouse for many spring breaks back in the mid 2000's and decide to revisit Panama City beach for the Thanksgiving week. It did not disappoint. Property is well maintained and a very comfortable size. Pools were open (one heated, one not). Hot tub was working but needed some was very loud when turned on. The beach was of course fantastic and we visited so many of the restaurants and places we love in the area. Will definitely come back and stay at Summerhouse! Family friendly and located on the quieter end of the beach!

We always look forward to visiting PCB and staying at the Summerhouse. Our unit was very clean and had a nice decor. The kitchen was well stocked with any needed utensils.

Had a wonderful time staying at Summehouse, as always. Perfect location, comfortable bed and lovely sunset views from our balcony. Would highly recommend for families.

We went to Summer House to get married on the beach. We stayed at a 908B condo. The condo was so perfectly decorated and we had everything we needed for a perfect stay!! So many great places to eat and so many activities to do! Highly recommend Summer House. Always clean and always friendly ❤️
