Outside amendities was beautiful and staff was friendly. The unit had sand on the loveseat and recliner when we got there had sand on them. King size bed was very hard and uncomfortable. Door to master bathroom kept getting stuck and a lot of things needed to be updated. Very thankful they kept their prices family friendly. Nice experience and will diffently return!

This place perfect except for one rude security guard. From our room, to the view, to the amenities, to the price, this place had it all and was truly the cheapest place we found after searching for days and hours for the perfect spot. One rude security guard made it hard for the guests to enjoy theirselves. He stood around and watched the guests waiting for someone to do something "against the rules." If he did, he would call you out and point at you. When anyone said anything to him, he was very very rude and about his response. Guests are supposed to be made to feel welcome and we spend a lot of money to stay at these places, but he definitely had little man syndrome. He talked terrible to the man and even worse to his wife. For this reason we will not come back here unfortunately. One bad apple will spoil the bunch. As I said, it was the one white security guard with glasses. We saw two other security guards go over to people and politely tell them they couldn't have a drink by the pool or a float in the pool but he was very rude and never polite! This was the 2nd instance I saw him being rude to guests.

Nice clean condo with beautiful views of the gulf coast. Great location with many fun bars and restaurants within walking distance.

Summerhouse was clean and comfortable! We enjoyed live music coming up from the pool area on Sunday night! We didn’t see the activity schedule posted by the elevator in time to enjoy other activities, and the lobby play area looked like fun but we didn’t take advantage of it. Look for units with free beach lounges (ours didn’t have this). We also didn’t get any instruction on wifi connections or check out procedures-we are accustomed to a little notebook in the unit with helpful tips but there wasn’t one. We came for the beach and seafood and left wanting more of both!

We booked this as a last minute family vacation and couldn't have been more satisfied! Activities on the pool deck were amazing. Our 3 and 1 yr old loved the stay as much as we did!

Good. The unit we rented was older but had a good layout, plenty of space, and an adequate balcony for a great view of evening sunsets. It had plenty of washcloths, towels, pillows and bed linens. The kitchen and hallway flooring showed some dings. The kitchen could also use a few hand towels and hot pads. I would suggest replacement of some furnishings. The couch was in very poor condition and some other furnishings showed wear and tear. I placed felt pads on the feet of the dining table, chairs as well as the counter stools. We replaced some light bulbs. The sliding glass doors in the master bedroom had condensation throughout our stay but did not present a problem. We reported it before leaving. The stove was missing a knob for one of the burners and only two of the four worked efficiently. It was also reported before leaving. We had a great stay.
