Summerhouse 1014C

I am EXTRA picky, and I would stay here again. The views are phenomenal, and the location is quiet & not too crowded on beach (we went June 2022). The furniture MAJORLY needs to be updated. The couch is quite worn & dirty (I used sheets from one of the other beds to cover so it was fine we made it work). The king bed is hard as a brick, literally. We did bring things with us to cook, but I was shocked to find there wasn’t even salt & pepper in this rental (I’ve never had this happen before).... So be prepared to bring literally any & everything you need...For the price and location I would still stay here again. We were in building C & from other things I observed while here, this is the only building I would want to stay in at this property. There is also no garage parking and only one elevator. The only day we had an issue with the elevator was when some kids kept running and pushing all the buttons. Otherwise the wait was never longer than 5 mins. Just know there IS only one elevator, so if it is broken .... The WIFI worked great over the entire property.

Rooms were very clean, grounds and well maintained and beautiful, didn’t have much interaction with staff but when we did they were helpful. This rental is far enough out that the traffic is not terrible. Will definitely be back.

I stayed here for 2 months and it was amazing! The unit is well maintained and clean. I would love to come back again. Owner is so easy to work with and communicates well. Summerhouse is a beautiful property, flowers and palm trees are well maintained by the pool area. Front desk staff are friendly and helpful. I would recommend staying here.

We had a lovely time at your beautiful condo. We want to thank you so much for allowing us the privilege to stay there. We left it as good or better when we departed. We bought 2 beach chairs that we left in the front closet for others to use. Blessings to you & your family. We can’t wait to come back!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in 1024C! The unit was very clean and we spent many hours on the balcony enjoying the view of the ocean. The grounds, pools, hot tub and beach were impeccably maintained and the atmosphere was quiet and very low key which is exactly what we wanted! Lots to do close by and great restaurants!

The property was clean, comfortable, and just lovely. The condo itself was amazing. We had almost everything we needed. The pools were clean and the chairs were great. It is in a very quiet area not the busy PCB experience that you may expect.

We arrived late, but the staff was very helpful. Our unit was perfect. It is one of the best condos that we ever stayed in.

I am so happy that my wife and I spent the week at the summer house. The unit we stayed in (1014c) was very clean and cheerfully decorated. The beds were very comfortable and each bedroom has its own bathroom. The living area was more than adequate I felt like we were in a paradise of sorts. we would sit on the deck in the morning and have our coffee and when we went inside and closed the door, you didn’t hear anything from outside like the surf for instance. This condo was very very quiet. Of course the best sand on any beach is right outside. This white sand is incredible and the emerald green waters will take your breath away. This is one of the most sought after getaways in the United States and rightfully so. So my advice is, just signed up and go, you will not regret it.

The unit was nice and met a lot of fun people

This was our second year staying at The Summerhouse. This year we stayed in condo 1113C. We enjoyed the condo itself a lot!! We had five guests total and we had plenty of room. Everything in the condo worked great. We also enjoyed the activities that The Summerhouse did each night of the week for the kids. For example, one night they did a movie night by the pool, one day was face painting, and one night they had karaoke. We enjoy the family atmosphere of the Summerhouse. The check in process is usually a little hectic, and I thought we had dodged that this visit. However, we were checked in at the lobby with no issues and when we went up to our room the cleaning crew had just started cleaning so we waited about 30 minutes just outside of the room on it to be finished being cleaned, and we didn't check in early. For the price of the stay I do feel like the facility needs a lot of maintenance and needs some updating. For example, the gazebo needed repairing and the elevators kept messing up. I would stay here again but I would like to see more updates around the facility and a better check in process.

My room was on the top floor so the view was amazing from the living room and my bedroom! The chairs on the balcony were great for morning coffee and watching the waves. The master room and closet/bathroom space were big with plenty of space for putting our clothes. The dining table gave plenty of space for everyone to eat and the kitchen provided all the essentials. The grills were a great benefit also as everything was provided since it was propane. The beach chairs that came with the condo were amazing as well and the guys were very friendly and helpful also. There were different activities each night/day which was great for the kids, which they enjoyed greatly! The games in the lobby were great too as each of the kids won a stuffed animal easily unlike the ones like at walmart. We all had a great time and would enjoy staying again!

The room was great and the beach chairs were a great addition. The room was well stocked and comfortable to live in. The chairs on the balcony were the best I’ve ever experienced. Will definitely stay again!

upon arrival the condo was nice clean and comfy. we really enjoyed our stay and cant wait to return we would most definitely rent room 1113C again and recommend the summer house to all our friends as well as our family.

This was the 2nd time We've stayed in this unit, plan on trying to get the same one next year as well. Always been clean and we just love the view..

Our room was fantastic! Gorgeous view, updated and comfortable accommodations -- couldn't ask for more. If the opportunity arises, we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
