Summerhouse 1107B

We recently stayed at Summerhouse for a six night stay. Upon arrival we were informed that the elevator was still not operational. We knew prior to getting there that this might be the case. However, 11 floors was a lot! The room was clean and stocked. Honestly, it could really use some updates! The carpet was terribly worn, the shades didn’t work properly. There was a pile of cords and electronic stuff on the table. Blankets were thrown on the floor of the closet. The location and grounds are phenomenal! We had a great vacation! We informed the front desk staff that we would be checking out very early. There wasn’t anyone there when we were ready to leave. We gave our information to a housekeeper. We would very much like to return to Summerhouse with our extended family!

Loved the location, place was clean, and loved the 2 king sized beds. Beautiful view of the ocean. Now for the cons. Everything needs updating. Carpet worn,kitchen outdated, furnishings were old. Both my husband and I started feeling sick by Wednesday with runny nose, watery eyes,and lots of coughing. Ended up with bronchitis both of us. We always felt better when we left the room so thinking there might be a mold or mildew problem. All that said we would come back just not in that unit again.

This condo is everything you would expect to have in a Florida vacation rental. Only two suggestions to make it exactly perfect would be a walk-in shower in the master bathroom. Finally, there needs to be a larger freezer space in the refrigerator freezer in the kitchen. A side-by-side unit would be great! Current freezer is just too small. This condo has a wonderful gulf view!!

We stayed 6 nights in 1107B. It was very clean and maintained. We did not use the kitchen very much, just for breakfast and sandwiches for lunch. The best part was the view from the top floor. We spent a lot of time sitting on the balcony watching the waves come in.

Views were awesome, especially from the master bedroom. Unit very nicely furnished. Loved the gazebo area at the pools.

We have stayed at The Summerhouse many times. This was the first time in this unit. It was very clean, beautifully decorated, and furnished with all the cookware we needed when dining in. The beds and furniture were comfortable too. Very nice unit. The pool areas are neat & clean and the gazebo is relaxing and shady.

We drove a 11 hour drive from Kentucky and arrived earlier than expected and the staff member kelly was so nice and accommodating to us. She checked us on in and let us have access to all amenities while waiting on our room and they called us shortly after advising our room was ready! The room was super clean and we really enjoyed our stay we will definitely return soon!

Room was clean. Had an issue with the sliding door and maintenance was there to fix in a timely manner. Only complaint that I would have is the blinds did not work correctly, but over all it was very nice stay. I have been staying there for about 10 years now.

It was perfect. Wish I was there now.

The room was clean and the staff were helpful and provided excellent service. Our 3rd time at Summerhouse. A very enjoyable stay once again.

We had a great stay. It was very quiet and relaxing. It's far enough from the busy area that the traffic is never a problem. We have stayed at Summerhouse for many years and have never been disappointed. No complaints whatsoever, except one week just isn't long enough.

We come to Summerhouse 2 or 3 times a year. Always love our stay.
