Summerhouse 1114C

The condo was very nice. We loved the space we had with 2 bedrooms, full kitchen and especially loved the balcony with the perfect view. The condo had all the extra amenities we needed such as a full kitchen with every kitchen gadget you could imagine. We were able to prepare full meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) during our stay. We also LOVED that the room came with 2 beach chair rentals. We did have a huge issue with the air conditioner. Everyday it would get up to 80 plus degrees in the room. We went to the front desk the first day and they sent maintenance. It was fixed for that one night. After that the second night it got up to 88 degrees. We called again and they said they would send someone and they never did. The entire week we were there it stayed in the 80s and maintenance never came back even after calling several times. We had a baby with us and she stayed in the room with a parent most of the visit and ended up with a heat rash all over her little body. Check in was not great. We did arrive early (noon) after being on the road all night. The staff stated that our room would be ready shortly and we could wait. The room was not ready until 3:45pm. I understand that early check in is an option and nor guaranteed but we would have went on with our other plans had the lady not told us it would be soon. We had already unpacked our vehicle and had our cart that we could not leave. We did enjoy the nightly/daily activities, the swimming pools and the few arcade style games that they had. Security was not great. We saw several people in and out of the pool area without bracelets. We also saw several people at the pool with glass bottles and nothing was ever said even after one broke. Security did step in at one point when my in-laws were down stairs and some teenage kids were throwing bottles off the 11th floor. Overall we would love to make room 1114C our dedicated room for yearly vacations IF the air could

This unit has on of the best views on property. It is close to the end of the building so you get a spectacular view of the Gulf as being higher up you see more of the water. Great place to keep an eye for those stingrays in the early morning. The unit is elegantly decorated and is easy on the eyes. I will be back to stay here. Lovely condo!

We've been coming to the Summerhouse since the 1980s and try to make 3 to 4 trips annually. The Summerhouse never disappoints.

Our unit was good except for 2 things we only had one burner working on the stove top. In the master bedroom closet was a pair of underwear. Other than those issues everything was good and we will be back next year.

Loved Summerhouse! Everything was super clean. Condo was like home. I have nothing bad to say about Summerhouse! Anyone we came in contact with, was super friendly.

Great place to stay! Summerhouse is located on the best strip of beach in Panama in my opinion. There condos are also very clean and neat. The staff are always great and we never have a problem.
