Our first stay @ Summerhouse. And we loved every minute - Unit is comfy & is stocked with everything you’ll need - ( the cleaning service could do a better job cleaning the floors )The view from this balcony is BEAUTIFUL ����✅. We will return soon

Nice condo, but had issues getting the TV to Work when we were in the room. We never got the living room TV to work, and batteries needed replacing in the remotes for the TV in the other rooms. Floors were not cleaned very well, we found someones socks under the bed. We had an issue with the front door locking, but maintenance was great getting that issue resolved. Overall, we had a great trip!

I will begin by saying that we would definitely rent this unit again. Summerhouse has continued to take great care of the grounds. This particular unit being on the second floor is great because it’s easy to walk down to the pool/beach. The view from the patio is perfect for watching the sunset. The unit doesn’t have a lot of cluttering decorations. The master bed slept well (can’t speak about the guest room as my small children were in those beds). Here are a few things that I’d recommend updating:1. Patio furniture needs to be replaced as one of the chairs is about to break. And there needs to be 4 chairs given that it’s a 2 bedroom unit. 2. The washer & dryer work, but they might be on their last leg. They beep obnoxiously & all the buttons don’t quite seem to work properly. 3. Add some additional plates as there aren’t enough if the condo was sleeping max capacity. (Overall, the kitchen is well stocked with lots of pans, mixing bowls, etc). Overall, we were very pleased with our rental.

Overall great unit. The Master Bath toilet needs to be fixed, it rocks when you sit. More than 2 chairs on the balcony would be nice.Check in, not good, there was an older man that I had never seen(we've been staying here for years), he was not friendly and didn't even to give me a copy of the rules or check out info when I came back for room keys.James on the night shift was extremely helpful & friendly.

The view is fabulous!

My vacation experience was great. I would stay there again. There were a couple of things I wasn’t happy with in the condo but they were miner things that could be fixed pretty quickly. There was a small hole from the door being opened to hard I think. It just needed a door stopper, the stove handle broke but all it needed was a new screw, the bathroom door going to the bathroom from the guest bedroom was broken. I think it only needed a screw or something. Other then those little things our condo and stay was amazing.

Me and my husband had a great time and was a nice place to stay. We are actually think about staying here for our 25th wedding anniversary in a couple of weeks.

Always pleased with our condo. Love the area the condo is located. Family oriented. Only negative comment would be it is hard to speak with someone directly or get a return phone call.

Very nice condo, in very good condition. Kitchen very nicely equipped with everything you need for cooking. Crock pot was great. Just need a sharp knife. Bedrooms and baths very nice. Best view you can have of the beach from living room and master bedroom. Love the view of beach and ocean while cooking! Only problem we’ve ever had at the summerhouse is the tv’s always have 2-3 remotes - would be wonderful to have just one to turn tv on/off-change channels etc. every room we’ve ever stayed in is that way and we have stayed there for 19 years.
