Everything was great except for the elevator not working. It had been out for 2 weeks prior to our arrival and they didn't tell us until we checked in. I feel like they should have called and let us know.

This was the first time I had stayed at Summerhouse and it was a great experience. The unit is well stocked with linen, cooking utensils and appliances. Beautiful ocean front view, 2 very nice pools with a snack bar and all of it just a few short steps to the beach. Two beach lounge chairs with an umbrella are also included. Convenient to restaurants, grocery stores and shopping. The staff at Summerhouse are so pleasant, the grounds are beautiful and well maintained.

We have stayed at this location twice and have loved it both times. The staff members are always nice and helpful. The condo we rent is always clean and kept neatly. Our kids loved the pools and the beach is right there as well. We plan to come back!

The unit was clean and everything we needed was provided. The view from the balcony was beautiful. The white sand beach was outstanding. The pool area was clean and not too crowded. The only issue was that the unit we booked 12 months prior sold. We were relocated to another unit.

First time staying here but won’t be the last! Our family had a great time. Unit was comfortable, had a great view, and loved that beach chair and umbrella were included. The complex was perfectly located and did not feel overcrowded.

This unit has everything you need to feel at home. Great location and a beautiful oceanfront view.

We have stayed here several times. The owner upgraded the furniture, which is beautiful. The views from the balcony are fabulous even in April when the weather is unpredictable.

The rental unit was clean and the location was perfect. The condo we stayed in came with two chair rentals daily with an umbrella which we thoroughly took advantage of. We cooked in a lot and the kitchen had all of the cookware and utensils we needed. Loved it!

Great place to stay. Friendly staff. Check in was a breeze. Thanks for making our 2022 beach trip a success.

I want to start with the staff they were absolutely amazing. Always asking what we want and when our garbage disposal didn’t work they fixed it immediately. The condo itself was perfect for my family. This is the third time staying here and I would come back in a heartbeat!

From the moment we arrived until departure, the owner and staff were very friendly with excellent customer service. Our room came with a beach service with 2 chairs and umbrella daily, which was nice! The room was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable after a long day at the beach or the heated pool. The balcony overlooking the ocean has a beautiful view and was very relaxing. We even saw dolphins swimming! The little arcade games and pool tables in the lobby were a nice treat on our rainy day. Our whole experience felt like home. Everyone from the staff to guests, the atmosphere and the room were enjoyable. If you like being away from the hussle and bussle and want a more laid back area, this is it! Lots of local yummy places to eat close by too. Fatty Pattys for breakfast is our favorite and can't forget Dippin Dots ice cream! We also like going to Ripleys, putt putt golf and Jaws store which are all close by! Overall we had a wonderful time and we will most definitely be back to 705A!
