Love the wrap around deck

We have stayed at Summerhouse for our family vacations for the last several years. We have always had a great experience. The condo was both clean and well maintained.

Comfortable beds, loved the two queens in the second bedroom. Incredible views! You felt like you were on the front of a ship!!! Well stocked kitchen, comfortable furniture

Our accommodations were very good. It was comfortable and clean. We’ll most definitely plan on returning.

Awesome trip. Condo was awesome. Clean, enjoyed. Just wish we could work tv’s. We are old school. Can’t work all of that!

We have stayed in the unit twice this year the Second time the air had a new Air condition Thermostat on it it would not let you get below 74° I don’t know if they were monitoring it or what but it did get hot in there I didn’t like that we could not turn the air down the place was beautiful everything clean and nice but that’s the only complaint we have

Beautiful room. Had all the kitchen items and more. Easy access to the beach. The views were amazing.

Gorgeous condo! Best balcony we've ever had. EVER!! Loved the spread out space and the well stocked kitchen needs. And those bathroom showers were awesome. The bad....floors and the sliding doors were very dirty and needs some maintenance & repairs on screen doors and closet doors. My mother n law & I did a lot of baking and every time we'd open the oven, the fire alarm would go off.

We have stayed here many times. The wraps have the best views in PCB and the grounds are beautiful.

Our overall stay was excellent. Other than me having good poise the first couple of days was rough. I’m not a height person so being on 9th floor was ok as long as I didn’t look down. Now the room overall was great. When we first walked in it was like wow look we got room. And to me that’s what ya need while on vacation. And it was kind of like home cause several of the other people were so polite. So we’ll be coming back to check out other u it’s. Thanks so much for a great hospitality.

Easy process, great condo, fantastic views! This was the perfect quick getaway. This condo is huge, the balcony was huge and had super comfortable Adirondack rockers, we spend a lot of time out there.
