Summerhouse 909B

I rented for the months of January and February, 2021. The grounds and main buildings are meticulously cared for, however, I found the unit to be a little less clean. The aging appliances and vacuum need to be replaced. Altogether, I found it a safe and pleasant place to stay, with a beautiful beach right out front. I will probably return and rent again.

Our condo was great. However, the elevators in the B building were a nightmare to deal with. Upon arrival on a Saturday afternoon, we hurried and got everything unloaded just to find the elevator not working. The kids carried most of the things up 9 flights of stairs and we waited with the heavy things in the lobby. Two hours later the elevator was briefly working for about 10 minutes and we were able to get everything else upstairs; however, it broke again shortly after and was not fixed until lunchtime on Sunday. This was a major inconvenience with hauling groceries upstairs and with my elderly mom who was not able to enjoy the beach until Sunday afternoon when the elevator was working. The elevator continued to be a problem the rest of the week with random hours of no elevator. I didn't intend to get a workout on my vacation but climbing 9 flights of stairs became mandatory if we wanted to get to the beach when the elevator wasn't working. The condo was very nice and clean except for the couch bed still had a dirty sheet on it that was covered in trash and candy. Other than that we enjoyed our beach week.

Our room was clean like the customer service the only thing the kids pool was never clean from the sand like the big pool.

we had a great time. minus a couple things. loved the view and the pools. very family friendly except for the hot tub noy allowing kids. the living area was perfect for our young son. overall we would stay in this room again.

the vacation with the Grandkids was exceptional as far as the family was concerned. the accommodations, left a lot to be desired. I have stayed in the development many times, this unit was not very clean, floors, furniture, countertops, coffee pot. The unit was stocked with a lot of things you will need for a weeks vacation(we cooked inside). However, the silverware was lacking a lot. Both bathrooms, needed to be serviced as far as the drains are concerned. The light switches and outlets, some needed to be replaced. Overall I'd visit again. I hope the owners of this unit see this review, as with a little TLC and management paying attention to cleaning details this unit is a great unit.

Our vacational rental experience was great! We came with our family of 8 and had plenty of room and space within the condo! I would highly recommend to anybody looking for some affordable very nice condos, to stay at Summerhouse! The manager Rachel and her staff Selena & others were very helpful and super friendly & nice with everything they handled for us! We are looking forward to staying here again soon!

Very enjoyable stay. We've stayed in this condo 2 straight years and have enjoyed it both times. Very nice and clean condo. Hope to use it again down the road.
