Our condo was a welcome retreat from the cold. Clean snd comfortable. We will return.

Very nice and quiet atmosphere. Staff was very nice

As usual, PC beach was white sand, blue-green water and perfect temperature. Some rain but it passed quickly. May is a good time. Temperatures in the mid 70s. Water temperature a little cooler than summertime but refreshing. No seaweed. Our main activity was sitting under the beach umbrella, reading and looking for shells.

The staff was great to work with. The condo was real good. The view we had the real great. We all loved it. And will be there again

This trip came up suddenly for us. The staff was wonderful and friendly to accommodate us. The unit was neat, clean, and had all of the necessities. The beds were comfortable. No complaints. The entire complex is well kept and convenient. The staff spoke to us and was very attentive. We look forward to returning!

The Summerhouse is such a convenient location. The rental came with reserved beach chairs and an umbrella, which was so nice! The pools are well maintained, the proximity to the beach is amazing, and the property management company was very nice and polite to deal with. The unit itself was nice and clean, and we found very adequate for our stay. The bunks plus a queen in the second bedroom are perfect for kids, and the king in the master as well. It's also nice to have in-unit laundry. Plenty of storage space to stow away suitcases. Only drawback of the 10th floor, is that it's a bit of a wait for the elevator during busy times. The building provided carts to help you get your things up to the unit, which was nice. The kids loved the face painting and balloon animal activities. The live music was nice as well. The drinks (non-alcoholic) and cupcakes on Tuesday were nice, which happened to be our arrival day. Having snow cones available on property was nice as well, but the $7 price tag was a bit high, so be prepared for that. All in all, we would definitely come back to the Summerhouse another year for vacation.

Fantastic views and plenty of fun times at the Summerhouse. Our place was cozy, clean and comfortable. We loved the convenience of the all inclusive complex along with a great location and walking distance from a lot of restaurants, beach bars and shops. We will definitely be back to stay in 1002a and were really happy with our accommodations.

What a great Beach Condo! Super cozy and right on the beach with amazing views and beautiful Sunsets. Our place was very nice and clean with everything we needed; clean towels and shower supplies(love that coconut soap) our kitchen was nice and again, stocked with what we needed. We loved the amenities in the complex and really enjoyed our stay at 1002a and are DEFINITELY coming back to hang out on the Beach and check out the Gulf...

Beach paradise! Except for there being only one elevator!

We found the perfect spot for our weekend escape! We lucked out with this location - it was right on the beach and the top floor views of the gulf were absolutely breathtaking! The kitchen was fully equipped with top-notch upgrades, , including a brand new refrigerator with ice maker, and a dishwasher that made cleaning up a breeze. The family room was really cozy and we loved the plush leather reclining couch and chair - it was the perfect spot to unwind after a long day. The Summerhouse community had so many amenities to offer, including several different pools and a game room, which made it a great resort for everyone. Overall, it was an amazing stay!

Great top floor gulf views, new kitchen refrigerator with ice maker and new dishwasher to keep with easy clean up, comfortable living room with reclining leather sofa and matching chair. Many amenities such as multiple pools and hot tub. Perfect location and condo to enjoy the beach! Highly recommended.
