Summerhouse 107B

Condo was great as usual. Only problem was a huge bush in front of our patio obstructing the view of the beach. Needs to be trimmed.

We enjoyed our stay. Our condo was nice and on the ground floor. (Luckily!) Our only complaint was people smoking pot near us.

This is one of my favorite condos. Everything was great. The unit was clean, convenient, and had a great view. The only downside is that the designated smoking area is right out side the front door of the unit so there are always people smoking right outside your door.

Fantastic view of the gulf from convenient ground floor location!This condo had everything we needed! Loved the beautiful landscaping and pools! One seemed heated a little. Had to replace tv remote batteries on arrival (instructions for tv would have been nice)and electrical outlets in bathroom not working and 1/2 of other outlets not working but they were quickly fixed. Only other problem was construction materials blocking path to room and close parking to room blocked and my mom can’t walk far easily.

This unit is great. The ground level is fantastic. You can see sand & ocean from most every room. It's really convenient to come up from the beach and leave your chairs, etc on the patio - no elevators to deal with. I have stayed in this unit multiple times. If I had to add a negative it would be that they removed the love seat. There is a sofa, chair and 2 small chairs however, they aren't comfortable or where you can see the tv. It now lacks in comfortable seating for more than 3-4 people.

had a great time. Condo was clean and comfortable,with the exception of mattresses in guest bedroom being about worn out.

over all the stay was great room was clean, I was a little shocked when lady checking us in gave us armbands and told us that they were needed for pool area , and if lost we would be charged 20$ dollar for each band not turn back in, and 5$ if we lost a key card . I felt for the price we paid for rooms these items should have been included. Without concern of losing

Love summerhouse and have stayed numerous times. Not too big, and easy access to beach is nice.

The accommodations were wonderful and we had a great relaxing weekend. Thanks for a beautiful place to stay.

I love the Summerhouse and I loved unit 107B. It was clean and nicely furnished. Also, being on the ground floor makes accessing the pool and beach so convenient. The rental of this unit included beach chairs and umbrella service - very nice! I would stay here again and again.

I have been coming to PCB for many, many years but always stayed on the West End (which has become very congested). This was my first time on Thomas Dr and it will be my new spot. It was perfect! We really enjoyed being on the ground floor with the patio. It made everything so convenient to get to (car, pool & beach). The landscaping is a great buffer between the patio & pool. The unit was very clean, well laid out and perfect stocked. We didn't need anything that wasn't there! I'll definitely try to get this unit again in the future.

Very nice complex. This unit is close to the pool and hot tub. It overlooks the gulf. Very nicely decorated and kitchen well stocked with utensils and supplies. Master bedroom Very large and comfortable mattressMaintenance staff is great. Needed a couple repairs and they came within 20 mins. People at complex Very friendly and office staff superb. This is probably the nicest condo I have ever stayed at.

I have stayed in this unit a few times. It is a fantastic location. I love that it is a ground floor unit. You can see the beach & ocean from the kitchen, living room or master suite. You don't have to deal with waiting on the elevator. It is so easy to run up to the unit from the beach. Being on Thomas Dr also keeps you out of all the congestion near Pier Park. The unit is very well stocked with anything you may need.

We love Summerhouse and 107B was awesome. We love the ground floor units because of the convenience to everything. 107B was clean and perfectly stocked. We will definitely rent this condo again!

Very nice Condo. The mattress in the small bedroom has shown some wear,the first day we noticed big bugs in the kitchen and small bugs everywhere. Told the front desk and they said they would have it sprayed,it never happened

I love staying here. I used to stay on the west end near past pier park however it is now so congested. This location is perfect, away from all the traffic. The ground floor unit is fantastic! You can see the sand & ocean from most anywhere in the unit. No need to pack a cooler and take to the beach since you are so close to the unit. It is very well stocked with most anything you could need.

My wife is a school teacher. We have been coming to The Summerhouse for fall break for years. It is our favorite time of year to be there. Over the years we have vacationed at the Summerhouse two, sometimes three times a year. We love the condos and the staff is always friendly and helpful. The only complaint we would have was the TV and internet wasn’t working good Saturday during the college football games.

We've stayed in several condos in this property and this one was the best. They have updated several things and not piled it up with silly stuff that visitors don't need. We hope beds are the next thing to be updated! All in all, very good.

Loved our stay at this condo. Kitchen well equipped with everything you need. The patio has a great view of the beach and ocean. The only problem was the beds seemed too soft and were not good for an elderly person's back. The vicinity to the pool was excellent.

Enjoyed staying in condo 107B. The location was great. The condo was clean and the staff helpful and professional. Hope to return next year in 2024.
