Summerhouse 109B

Summerhouse is a great property to stay we’ve been coming here for years. It’s very family and kid friendly, the facility is always clean and kept up and the staff is very helpful

Overall it was a good stay at summerhouse. Grounds were nice and well kept with great beach access. Easy check in and check out. Condo could use new couches and guest bathroom could be updated but overall condo was satisfactory. Would stay again at Summerhouse. Great location as well.

The master bed was VERY firm. Not my preference for a bed. The couches could also be upgraded in my opinion .. they are sleepers and the cushions are very soft/ worn so you can feel the bars. A couple of the lights did not work but that was fine! As well as the sliding door kept coming off the rail so we opted to leaving it open and not using it.

We loved our stay at Summerhouse unit 109B this year. The unit is beautifully decorated, clean and the convenience of being on the ground floor was awesome. We will request this unit again for sure!

It was a good , fun time. The only thing about the room that was aggravating was the handle on the sliding door was broke/missing. And super hard to open the heavy door to the balcony

This is a very nice property with gazebo, 2 pools, and a hot tub. The patio area is fairly big with a few umbrellas. However, as the umbrellas have "died", they haven't bothered to replace them, although the stands are all over the area. Please give us more umbrellas! Also, the property is getting some age on it and not all condo owners have updated, making it hit or miss on your bed and appliances.

LOVE THE SUMMERHOUSE! BEEN GOING FOR +25 YEARS. Grew up coming here. My parents went for as long as I can remember. Feels more like home. This condo was great and love the bottom floor access. Our younger kids can run in for a drink and back to the pool.

We have been spending many months at The Summerhouse Beach Condos since 2015. We have been fortunate to have a ground floor unit in particular 109B. The condos are on the beach and have a heated pool, cold pool and a kiddie pool. The gazebo is a great place to watch the sunsets. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. In particular Tyrone, Gary, Carl and the gentleman that looks after the pools. There is security and the parking lot is monitored. The Office Manager and Penny were more than helpful.

This was our fifth visit to the Summerhouse and our second stay in Unit 107B. We love the Summerhouse and especially love staying in this unit. Our adult daughters and their husbands stayed in Unit 109B and they also were very satisfied. The condition of the lounge chairs and umbrellas around the pool are in need of replacing, otherwise, the pools were in great condition. It was nice that one of the pools was heated. We could see that improvements were being made to the property. We will continue to stay at the Summerhouse every time we visit PCB and request these two units.

This was a 10/10 stay I cant not complain about a single thing on this vacation. The room came with everything we needed and more.The location was perfect and we will be staying here again.

We always have a great time in PCB and love staying in unit 109B! This unit is updated and is on the ground floor so it's very convenient! We will definitely be booking another stay.

From the first day to the last we enjoyed our stay. Condo was clean, beds comfortable, beach just outside the door, and the employees were wonderful. Thank you for a great stay

We have been coming to Summerhouse for years. This was the time to stay in a condo on the 1st floor. We loved it. We loved just walking out the door to get to the pool or beach. The condo was perfect! I do think it is time to replace the sofa but everything else was wonderful.

We enjoyed our stay. The unit was very clean and inviting. The master bed was a little hard but comfortable. We loved being able to walk straight to the pool/beach from the patio door.

Having spent years in this condo, both with my parents and now with my own family, I cannot even begin to explain how much we love and adore The Summerhouse. This is truly a home away from home. With young children, ages 2 and 4, we appreciate the geographic design including a children's pool, accessible beach, green spaces and more! Having looked up and down PCB, there is no where else we would like to stay.

What a great place to stay with your family. Very clean, quiet and the staff is one of the best. So much to do just on the property. Beautiful beach and not overloaded with people.
