Really enjoyed our stay. Second time staying there in the last few months

Great updated place but could use a little maintenance on back door and closet doors

We have been to Summerhouse for many years. We rent 3 units each year for our family. We love being on the bottom floor having easy access to the pool, beach and back and forth to our condo. My mom can get to the pool easily when we are on the ground floor. This year in our unit the dishwasher was broken so that was a bummer. Most of the units we have stayed in have been updated somewhat. The resort itself is old and it shows in some areas. The staff is great, very helpful. Our particular unit this year could use some updating in the bedding. Bedding did not fit beds very well, beds in 2nd bedroom moved easily, one day my mom slid off the bed because it moved when she sat down. I would definitely rent the unit again but would be very happy if a few more updates were made to furniture.Thank you...see you next year!

Aside from the foul weather, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was our second winter in the unit and it felt like home. Two things that need fixing-dresser drawers in master bedroom and bedside lamp in guest bedroom. While sheltered there during the tornado we found the bulb was broken and the base was still in the lamp.

We rented 113c for our family vacation over the 4th of July week 2022. We loved this unit so much. It was clean and had everything we needed for our week of relaxation. This unit is located right next to one of the pools making it super easy to watch the grand kids swim. The summerhouse staff took care of every need we had. They were friendly and efficient. Check in was super easy. We loved this unit so much we have already booked for next year.

The condo was very nice and clean. We like the location on the Thomas Drive end of the beach because the traffic is not as congested. It is very close to some of our favorite restaurants.

Wonderful condo. Beds slept like we were on a cloud. Kitchen is furnished with everything you need to cook a meal. Just steps off the balcony to be at the pools or beach. Would stay in this condo again!

We had never been to Panama City Beach before and a friend suggested Summerhouse We spoke with April there she answered all our questions. We were completely satisfied with our condo and can't wait to return next winter. My wife is disabled and the ground floor was perfect (and gave us both access to the pool and an amazing view).

Perfect location to the pool and beach.

Returned to this unit to stay a week with family. Love the location and the short walk to the beach. Highly recommend.

This was a very comfy condo ( beds slept very good & being on ground level is a PLUS. We sure enjoyed our visit ��( the cleaning crew does need to scrub the showers better but other than that it’s a Wonderful Place ). Enjoy ��

Just book this location, you won't regret it. It's steps from the pool AND beach. No need to feel like you have to drag everything down to the beach with you, it's that close! Kids enjoyed evening swimming while we looked on from the balcony with our evening beverages. The whole vibe at summerhouse was relaxing. We didn't feel like we were in an overcrowded hotel one bit. I'll be booking again for next summer!
