Summerhouse 306B

Always have a great time with all the activities. The staff is very helpful and fun to be around. Belin was outstanding.

We love renting their wrap around unit. The views are great.

Been staying at Summerhouse for over 20 years. Decided to splurge on this trip and stay in a wrap. 306B was lovely. Kitchen had every possible thing you could need and much more! The view was well worth the splurge! The two queen beds in the second bedroom need replacing, very uncomfortable. The lady at the front desk at check in, neglected to tell us the elevator wasn’t working! A kind gentleman told us after we had the car unpacked and loaded into carts! Maintenance did carry our things up the three flights of stairs, thanks SO much! Elevator was fixed after two days. We should have been made aware of the elevator situation before we arrived. We would have made a change. I think that’s why they don’t tell you. There were two items that we asked to be fixed that never happened during the week were were there.

This unit has a lot of pros and a few cons. It depends on what is most important to you whether or not this unit will be a good fit. The unit was clean, but not immaculate. The furnishings are nice but the couch is showing some wear. The kitchen was well-stocked with dishes and cookware, however, there weren't any common food items such as salt and pepper. The king-size mattress was very comfortable. The wrap-around sliding glass doors provide an AMAZING VIEW! The deck itself was poorly furnished with only a few cheap chairs. It would have been lovely if the deck had had a table and chairs so that we could've sat on the deck for meals. Overall, we had a pleasant stay in this unit and would probably stay here again.

Overall, very good stay. Excellent comradery each day with other residents. Maintenance continues to be a problem on a regular basis. Nothing will change there since it hasn't over the years. I couldn't believe it on the best day we were there that maintenance decided to power wash the pool area with loud equipment. Our unit was very dirty carpet with stains in the guest bedroom carpet. Old furniture. Not enough deck furniture on the wrap to enjoy the wrap.

This is a great place to stay. We have been coming here for many years and it never disappoints. We stayed in 306B and this is our second time to stay in it. It is a great condo. My only suggestion is that they provide some wine glasses (only 2 were provided).

Tasha,Kelly and Yondel were extremely helpful. We switched our plans a few times and they all were very very helpful. got us in our room the day before the elevators went down. Tyrone is also so nice, says hi how are you every time and makes us feel at home as does all the staff. Josie was awesome also

This is our favorite condo. We stayed here Oct 2021 and we fell in love with it. I am booking it for Oct again. Best view and the beds are so comfortable. I love everything about it. Can't wait until Oct.

We love staying at Summerhouse. The staff is friendly, the units are nice and the area is not so crowded. This was our first time in a wrap unit and it was amazing.

The view is absolutely gorgeous from the balcony and any room you are in. The condo was beautiful, has everything you need. I love that it is further down away from the main strip. Will definitely be booking this unit again!

Perfect, the location of the actual condo building and the actual unit, the size and appearance of the condo inside and out, the available amenities, the views, the friendly and helpful staff was all perfect. We will definitely be returning.

Beautiful Condo with an Amazing View!

...and I am 47. :) So I have a lot of experience at the Summerhouse. We typically stay on the first floor but now we have teenagers so they can climb a few stairs and go to the condo by themselves to pee :). We were very satisfied with a few exceptions. And I am only bringing these up as constructive critiques... (1) please replace the couch cushions. Super uncomfortable. (2) need higher furniture on the deck so you can see the amazing view while drinking your coffee. (3) need to replace couch cushion(4) please put fans in the rooms - not necessarily ceiling fans but some kind of fans(5) probably need to lock the master bath closet with all of your stuff in itI think that is it... let me know if you need any more details. Thank you for stocking the kitchen well and having all the drawer space. Along with the hardwood floors... could also extend those into the bedrooms... something about overly used carpet feels yuck!
