Summerhouse 415C

415C needs updated. The carpet is stained the couches are stained and the curtains are stained. The location is great. I would Highly recommend a wrap unit, just not this one. The Summerhouse overall is a great place to stay!

This is the second time we have stayed in this condo and overall we enjoyed our stay. The unit is very spacious and has very nice views. We did notice some issues. First the drawers in the master bedroom did not open. We just kept everything in our suitcase. Secondly there were burned out bulbs throughout the unit. Lastly we really were not able to enjoy the large wrap around porch. There is a severe shortage of outdoor furniture and two of the chairs were broken even though it appeared someone tried to fix them. Other than that we were pleased with our stay.

We rented this unit last year. It was beautiful with very little to complain about. This year, I feel like the unit is showing its age and maintenance was lacking. The carpet was filthy, the wall mirrors were smeary and mold was visible in the bathrooms. The unit overall is spacious and suits us well. You cannot beat the view. The kitchen was stocked well. All appliances worked. I know it's hard to maintain a property with so many visitors, but a reno is due.

Wonderful stay. Staff was friendly and rooms were clean. We have been staying at Summerhouse for about 30 years. 415C is our favorite unit. Minor issues: TV in living room not synced with remote, TV in one bedroom didn’t work, one sliding door won’t lock, open electrical outlet on balcony.

Overall it was a great stay. The condo was very spacious. We loved the wrap around balcony. The owner does need to do some cosmetic updates & add more furniture to the balcony.

Unit very spacious. Nice wrap around balcony in need of more furniture. Great updated appliances. Minor issue.. SLOW drain in guest bathroom, trash under bed. Dining chairs and stools had sand in seats. Dishwasher tabs, detergent, small items furnished. Nice to not have to buy at grocery store. TV’s a little aggravating bc bedrooms have no channels without signing in personal info. Great stay, highly recommended. Plenty of parking.

Our 415C wrap unit stay was great ! Very nicely kept condo . We would definitely like to stay there again.

Our unit was perfect for us. The views from every window were beautiful. We had our grandchildren (ages 4 and 3) and they had a ball. They loved "swimming" in the big pool.p

Walking into this unit, we knew we had made the right choice. It was large, clean, and very bright in the daytime. There were 2 couples and neither bedroom seemed like an afterthought guest room. The kitchen was well stocked and all appliances were clean and in working order.The only negative was the lighting in the main area. We had several burnt-out light bulbs and the process to have them replaced required submitting a work order, which was not completed before we left (1 week). That said, we reserved this exact room for our vacation, next year.

Had a great time in this spacious bright condo. The view of the Gulf was priceless. Everyone was friendly and welcoming (guests, management, maintenance). Many activities organized by the guests. We plan to return next year.

Before we checked in we were not informed there would be work done on the elevator. For 2 days we were restricted to 15 minutes at 10;00 and 2:00 with a half hour at noo))

The view from this condo is second to none. One can see all angles of the beach. The friendliness of the Summerhouse staff is excellent. We love the home away from home feel. There was plenty of space at the beach and in the pools on the property. The unit could have been cleaner upon arrival. The carpet needs to be shampooed and the toilets need to be cleaned better. The shower in the master did not drain well, just minor things.
