Summerhouse 607B

We enjoyed our late August of 2022 stay at Summerhouse. It is somewhat frustrating with post covid new regulations on condo furnishings. We have found them to be very scant, specifically in the kitchen. Summerhouse does provide some detergent tabs, dish soap and paper towels, but you must remember to bring many of the little things that used to be provided at many condos. I couldn't find trash bags at one point, until I emptied the trash at one point, and saw two extra bags floating in a fishy liquid in the bottom of the garbage can. I had to go wash out the garbage can with the water hose by the grills. When I went to housekeeping to ask for extra bags, I got a not so favorable response from the woman at the desk. Once I made her aware of the situation with the bags that had been provided in the fishy water, she was extremely apologetic and accommodating. That was the only hiccup in our stay, and otherwise, may have been one of the more restful vacations we've had in a long time. We stayed in room 710B, and enjoyed it, however I may prefer the C bldg due to the afternoon sun being so hot as it shines through the sliding glass doors later in the day. However, you do get the nice view of the sunset. We love Summerhouse for the pool area with the gazebo and will continue to choose this as our preferred beach spot on the quiet end of town.

We had a nice stay at the Summerhouse..we called maintenance a few times..just minor things..such as several lights needed bulbs..batteries needed for tv remotes..but overall was a nice place..location was great. Some extra blankets in closet needed washed..recent stains on them.

We enjoyed the updated condo, we have stayed at the Summerhouse for over 25 years.

WI-FI was not so good. Everything else was fine.

The beach at PC is so clean and well maintained just like the condo at Summer House!

Our stay was great. We had a few ants first two days. I wiped the counters well and they were gone. Did not use the dishwasher until we left - it was very loud. Really enjoyed having the beach chairs and umbrella provided. All was well. We would stay in 607B again

After not visiting PCB in 10 years, we were a bit skeptical of going back given some of the recent news reports. However, this condo and resort are nothing short of phenomenal! The resort is perfectly and closely located to any of the fine restaurants, attractions and anything you would want to do in the PCB or surrounding areas. 607B is conveniently located for not only great views of the beach, but it also provides great views of the pools and recreational area. The condo is very clean and consists of everything you need for any length of stay! We will be back soon!

A great place to stay with whatever you need right at your fingertips. Rachael at the front desk is the greatest she took us in we we had booked a late stay, she was awesome!! Parking is great, the pools were great and the beach was great!!! A++++++ across the board. We will be back.

Overall a great time, we have come to meet so many friends each winter. Activities galore and just downright fun!

We spent a week in 607B. The condo was completely upgraded.We've stayed in many places around PCB, Destin, Orange Beach and Dauphin Island, and this place was great! The view from the balconies in the master bedroom and the living room is phenomenal. The beds were really comfy, and everything worked. We will definitely try to book this place again next time we head for the beach. Checking in/out was a breeze, we loved the activities they had under the pavilion, and the complimentary chairs and umbrella kept us from hauling chairs and umbrella to the beach. We also got to use the complimentary gas grills while we were there. Overall this place is very nice and well maintained, walmart is a a couple of miles down the road, there's a gas station/convenience store across the street.

It was our first time stay at the Summer House and we will definitely go back and stay with them! Clean, fun and absolutely loved our condo. Honestly couldn’t have asked for a more perfect vacation with my son and his friends
