Summerhouse 610B

We really loved the location of Summerhouse Condos and for the most part we had a great experience. There were a few issues, but nothing we could not get over. The condo itself had been updated and looked very nice. They had plenty of kitchen stuff to work with. The condo was very comfortable. The only issues we had was that cleaning crew didn’t empty dishwasher and those few dishes were not clean, few dishes in cabinet dirty, master bath toilet leaked at base, and the washer sounded really bad when spinning. Not anything that would keep us from not returning again.

We enjoyed our stay. The unit was clean and comfortable. Plan to come back next year.

We loved our vacation at Summerhouse! The condo was bigger than anticipated and even prettier in person. Sue was great, she even called to check on us personally to make sure everything was okay. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Enjoyed my coffee each morning sitting on the balcony with the ocean right in front of me. We will stay at Sue’s place again!

We visit Panama City Beach annually and have stayed in some very nice condos. This was our first time to stay at Summerhouse and it was a very enjoyable week! We arrived and met the staff as strangers and left as friends.! All the staff were very nice, helpful and pleasant. The condo was very nice clean and comfortable. It was stocked well and we had everything we needed. We enjoyed the other guests and loved the fact that the atmosphere at Summerhouse was family oriented. The owner we dealt with,Sue, was very easy to talk to and was eager to make sure our stay would be perfect! We look forward to visiting again.

This was a wonderful condo for my family. I love that it included beach service with the rental. The unit had everything we needed to have a great vacation. The owner was so friendly and helpful.

This unit was perfect for our family of 4. It has everything we needed and was super clean. We would definitely stay here again.

Always enjoy staying at Summerhouse. Unit 610 was great. Check-in process very easy, room was clean and ready, owner responsive throughout the entire stay.Only negative would be this complex currently allows smoking on the balconies, and for a non-smoker, the smell is horrible. I had to move off of my balcony a couple to times because of the unit below me.

I have stayed at the Summerhouse since 2004 except for the year of the hurricane and last year. It is a wonderful place to stay, conveniently located, quiet and filled with many, who have been there since 1985. The staff and those staying are warm and friendly. It is unique.

I always enjoy staying at the Summerhouse. It is very convenient to the beach and also to local restaurants. The front desk does need a bell to notify the front desk workers that someone is waiting at their window.

We always have a great time at the Summerhouse. Suggest housekeeper check under the bed for items as we found 2 empty bottles under the bed. Also suggest not disarming the armband until the customer checks out. My daughter wanted to walk to the beach the morning of us leaving but her armband was deactivated.

We enjoyed the condominium, nice, clean, close to the beach! It was absolutely perfect in every way!!My two granddaughters had a ball and didn’t want to leave! We would love to visit again!!!!

Sue was very easy to work with. Summerhouse employees were kind and helpful from office staff to maintenance staff. We even got into condo a little early which was nice. Upon entering the unit we were very impressed and knew it was going to be a good week. Unit is very tastefully decorated and was clean. Had enough paper products and soaps to get us started. Kitchen is nicely stocked with everything anyone would need with pots, pans, toaster, coffee pots -including Keurig and dishes and cups. Weather was nice and we met a lot of nice people around the pool. We asked about staying in this unit next February but found it was already booked for next year Jan/Feb. That in itself is a compliment on how nice the unit is. Would definitely come back to this unit and Summerhouse Complex. Thank you Sue for sharing with us.

Had a wonderful time at PCB as always. The condo was very well maintained and kept up. No complaints at all.

Fantastic week

Overall experience starting with Owner Sue to Checkin Staff was very easy and any questions were answered quickly. We were extremely happy that our room was ready early so we didn’t miss out on a beautiful, sunny day. This was our 3rd stay with Sue and have always been very happy with her unit. Was clean and had everything we needed to get started. Checkin staff and maintenance was very friendly. Complex is clean and we met a lot of nice people. We will definitely be back.
