The only improvement would be to make sure there was no mold in the second bathroom shower especially the glass shower door. The rest of the unit was extremely clean.

We enjoyed beautiful weather and gorgeous crystal blue water. The views are awesome.

Making reservations with Kelly from the rental office was easy and pleasant and I immediately received email confirmation and receipt. The grounds were well maintained with beautiful flowers. The bathroom near the pool was not air conditioned and not well kept. The owner was very nice and helpful and easy to contact by email. The condo was ample and accommodated our group well although it could use a little ceiling repair in first bathroom and shower slightly moldy. Everything worked well in the condo including appliances and had a good view of pool and beach.

We came down for a three night stay for a fishing trip and couldn't ask for a better location everything was clean and the A/C was very cold.

Our family enjoyed staying at Summerhouse this year. We had small grandkids and we used the pools while thief parents enjoyed the beach. The snow cones were a BIG hit with our grandkids. Great summer vacation. We will stay again.

We enjoyed staying in this unit and on the quiet end of the beach, having 2 king beds was a big plus, and the cabinets not being overly stuffed is a good thing for someone staying a month. The furniture was fine and the view was great. But the washer and dryer take a long time. The dryer has to dry 2 hours for t-shirts. The second bathroom could use a new faucet and stopper and the shower is needing some grout work. over all we enjoyed staying here

this unit was perfect for us. 2 king size beds, his and hers, nice couch in the living room, table and chairs on the patio where we could eat lunch everyday, and perfect location. we could see far out to the ocean. the only negative i have is there were cobwebs on the light fixtures and the recliner was very dirty. it was cloth and looked like layer after layer of dried suntan lotion on it. i put a blanket over it so we could sit on it and not feel gross. loved having the beach chairs included with our stay!

this unit is so comfortable for 2 people or 2 couples. 2 king beds, recliner, couch, and loveseat. i appreciate the free kitchen soap, dishwasher tablets, and soap in the bathroom. so happy for beach chairs to be included also!! this is like home away from home. it is decorated very pretyy. chair and table on the balcony so we could eat lunch and feel the ocean breeze. just a perfect unti. this was our second time staying in this unit and we will come back again.
