Condo was nicely decorated, we enjoyed it

I had a great time and the condo was very clean and neat But the elevator was out of order and i had to go up 54 steps up and down each time I went out. But overall it was great

Good stay even with rainy weather- elevator out but we were told and offered another building and declined- Boot camp spring break!

My family has stayed at Summerhouse many times, but not in several years. My kids seemed to want a fancier, newer place as they got older. We had trouble finding reservations this year and went back to Summerhouse. We were SO PLEASED with the room, the cleanliness, and the meticulous upkeep of the grounds. The place was not so crowded that you had to fight for a pool chair or standing room in the pool. The staff was very nice and accommodating, and when we had to call maintenance for a minor issue with the fridge, they were prompt and respectful. We will definitely be returning to Summerhouse!

This was our second annual stay at Summerhouse. WE enjoyed everything about it

Excellent stay. We are repeat customers at Summerhouse and this was the best experience we have ever had. Room was spotless! Staff sooo helpful and courteous, including beach rental staff and maintenance as we saw them on the property.

Loved our condo stay! Location was great with easy access to great restaurants and activities. Condo was fully equipped with all the kitchen needs. Loved the balcony overlooking the pools. This is the first time we have rented a condo and it was perfect! Kudos to the staff for a job well done!

Unit was very clean and we enjoyed the stay. There were only 2 minor issues (no clothes hangers in the closets and the Mr Coffee needs to be replaced). I have stayed at The Summer House for many years and it’s always enjoyable.
