Our unit was clean, comfortable, well decorated, and had everything we needed. Summerhouse grounds looked great as always. Had a couple of maintenance issues which have been reported but other than that is was wonderful! Thanks!

Our Condo was WONDERFUL and provided the perfect vacation. Also a treat was meeting the owner Ms. Grace while at the hot tub. What s sweet lady and a gracious host. Everyone at Panhandle Getaways were great from booking to checkin to checkout were fantastic. We will definitely be using them and staying Summer House again.

Beautiful place! You can tell the owners put a lot of thought into the design. Perfect location steps away from the pool. Great set up for family with small kids. It was very clean and matched the description exactly. We would definitely rent this place again if we’re ever back in the area.
